About CoralVista
A small brokerage with a long view.
CoralVista began in 2009 with one desk on Harborline Avenue and a simple idea: advice about the coast should come from people who live on it.
Today we are a team of six, and we still keep the practice deliberately small. Each advisor focuses on one or two neighborhoods, every pricing decision is backed by our own research, and we would rather tell you to wait than sell you the wrong home.
We have guided more than six hundred families through moves along the bay — first apartments in the Old Mill, forever homes in Seagrass Hills and, more than once, a boat slip in Coral Point.
What we believe
Three promises we keep
Candor over comfort
If a home is overpriced, or a street floods, we say so — before you fall in love with it.
Craft in the details
Photography, floor plans and pricing studies are produced in-house, to one standard.
Rooted in the coast
We fund the Bayhaven dune restoration project and sponsor the harbor rowing club.
